An infant girl born with beauty divine
Her eyes wide open, a mind of enchanted
wonder is here
With a head full of hair, and her arrival
on time
The joy of her presense brought a hand full
of tears

A few years have passed, what a bright little
girl she has become
With a mind so curious and lots of questions
to be asked
It's like having to paint a picture with all
the little details before she's done

With her beautiful long curly blonde hair
The same as her mothers when she was little
She's never really sad unless she's feeling
life's unfair
But when resolved she's quick to let out a
little giggle

She cherishes all animals as if they were her
own
With a child's deep wondering respect
From catipillars to butterflies and to her,
creatures unknown
Anything from them she would no more expect

So thankyou Miss Valerie for what your heart
has given
To your family and to the friends to whom you
share
For your treasuring sense of life that your
livin
Is with complete acceptance and unremitting
care!
