Why does it seem,
Like you’re so far away,
Far beyond my reach,
No reason for you to stay.

Yes I’ll cry,
But because I’ll miss you,
I know its best,
But it’s hard to do.

Letting go of you,
I’ve got to learn how,
I just want to leave,
Everything behind.

Leave you and pain,
Leave love and hate,
But just remember,
How great friends we were.

That’s all I want,
To forget these damn feelings,
I don’t want them anymore,
I don’t want to love you.

Why can’t I throw these feelings,
Out of the window,
Forget the past,
And don’t look back?

That’s all I really want,
To be able to forget,
To never look back,
Feeling any pain.

I don’t want it,
This damn pain,
The hurt I feel,
And this love I have.

Why did it have to be you,
The one I fell for,
The one that would end up,
Making me fall.
