Kashmir IGP Blames Terrorism Groups for Sarpanch Killings

Breaking news coming in, Speaking exclusively to us Kashmir IGP SM Sahai has blamed Lashkar e Toiba and hizbul mujahideen for Sarpanch killings. He also said that a two pronged strategy being worked on to tackle the challenge.
