Kasganj violence UP

The situation in Kasganj spiraled after Chandan Gupta was killed in clashes following stone-pelting by a mob on a motorcycle Rally taken out by members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and the RSS-backed Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Republic Day.
