Karrueche Tran Seeks Permanent Restraining Order Against Chris Brown

Karrueche Tran isn’t joking when it comes to her relationship, or lack there of with Chris Brown.

According to TMZ, she plans on facing Brown in court and telling the judge point blank that he needs to be legally separated from her because she fears for her life.

It’s reported that Karrueche got a temporary restraining order against Brown, but has failed to formally serve it to him three times.

TMZ reports that Brown has allegedly used some threatening language towards Karrueche, including threatening to shoot her and telling his friends that if he can’t have her, no one can. She’s also accused him of allegedly physically abusing her in the past.

Apparently Karrueche is fully determined to obtain a permanent restraining order against the singer, and has no qualms of facing a judge and swearing under oath to proclaim her worries.

We’ll see if the judge believes Karrueche when she goes to court.
