Karnataka: War over by-polls

NewsX: With the Karnataka by-polls on the horizon the gloves are off and the first casualty is morality. JDS MLA from Madya, M Srinivas, at a meeting in Srirangapatna, he questions the lineage of the Congress candidate and popular actor, Ramya.

Ramya, allegedly, in her affidavit to the Election Commission, has not filled in her father's name and caste. During a rally, Srinivas questioned Ramya's family background and said that 'how could Congress field a candidate like this'.
