Glancing around, it suddenly hits me what's missing
Today has been two years, two years with a world of meaning
Two years ago, you took your life
And took part of me with you
You told me you had to go, that I helped enough
I was angry and hurting then, but I am hurting again.

It's been two years since I've seen your smiling face
Two years since I've heard your voice
Your jokes and laughs, random topics of conversation
Two years that Heaven has had you
And I've had two years without you
Doesn't this sound like a song?

I'll write a song for you, for Us, for the World
To remind everyone around
Of a girl who means the world to me
A girl who has everything but would rather give it to me
A girl who rarely thinks of herself
And always puts others first.

The girl who was my world
The one who completed me
The one who made me laugh till my sides ached
The one who cried with me for hours
The day my mom had her birthday without me
I didnt even know if she was alive that day -_-

She was never there, you were there for me always
You were there when no one else was
You were my world, you still are
How is heaven sis? Is it everything it's said to be?
Save a place for me up there with you
I'll be counting the years till I see you again
