Kanye West Clarifies Comments On The 13th Amendment

Kanye West caused an uproar this week when he said the 13th Amendment should be abolished. The amendment, which was ratified in 1865, abolished slavery and involuntary servitude. The rapper is now trying to clarify his comments. According to CNN, Kanye says, “Abolish was the wrong language. Amend is the right language.” West also believes there should be group of diverse people who work on amending the Constitution.
