Description
Kalakand Sweet is a famous sweet recipe all over India and Pakistan. It is made with milk, sugar, and ghee. You can use nuts for garnishing.

Ingredients
2-liter milk
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cardamom powder
Preparation Method
In a deep pot and 1-liter milk
Bring it to boil
Stir continuously
While boiling add lemon juice
Start mixing
After a while the paneer cottage cheese will be started being separated
Drain it out
Rinse it with cold water
Set aside
In another deep pot add the rest of the 1 liter milk
Cook till half
Stir continuously
Now crush the prepared paneer
Add into the half cooked milk
Mix well
Cook till paneer absorb all the milk
Add sugar in this stage
Mix well
Cook for another 10- 15 min till the sugar is well dissolved and the mixture becomes thick
Grease the mould
Transfer the mixture in it spread evenly
Sprinkle almond and pistachio
Set in refrigerator for 2 hour
Cut it in square pieces
You can keep it for few days.
Serve Kalakand Sweet cool
