My heart beat like only it knows how to.
My heart dances in its own way.
I know I am a simple girl, and Ingenue,
And I am slowly going to fray.
My heart is calming, dying brightly,
Tear are coming, just like the old false hope.
And my hope leaves quietly, not aying a word. It leaves lightly,
Not saying a word. I'm used to it now. I don't cry. I have now learned to cope.
He used to be my safe harbor, but I have found a new dock.
He will still be mine, unless he is not.
I have realized what I mut do, it brings no shock.
I am broken glass, and am severing the knot.
I was yours, and now I'm mine.
You are nothing to me, and to yourslef, divine.
