K2R2 Mugen Battle #2: Sailor Moon Vs. Ruby Rose

After the recent announcement that VIZ Media has officially acquired the rights to the RWBY franchise, I thought why not do a match featuring 2 VIZ Media characters being Ruby Rose and Sailor Moon (another popular IP they own) and bring them into one fight.
