Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb blames a teen vaping “epidemic” on Juul.
CNBC investigated the e-cigarette debate in a documentary called “Vaporized: America’s E-cigarette Addiction.”
Some cities , like San Francisco, have banned e-cigarette sales until the FDA approves and regulates them.
