Justin Bieber blames paparazzi for being pulled over

Some more updates have just come in relation to Justin Bieber's run in with the law. Last week boy wonder was pulled over by a cop for reckless driving and the paparazzi were all over the place to capture the moment. However, there is another twist to this story, with Justin Bieber himself dialing 911 just after getting his ticket. The 911 call was for the authorities to get the paparazzi away from Justin's car.
