Just speaking does not make anyone secular: BJP

JD(U) leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is fast eating his 'topi aur tilak' remark aimed at Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Nitish Kumar addressing at his party National Executive meeting recently had said that a leader is one who is comfortable with Islamic skull cap and Hindu tilak. Reacting to this BJP leader Shaina NC said that just by speaking no one becomes secular.
