June Grocery Changes | IC Friendly Diet

There are going to be a few changes in June in terms of my grocery shopping and my diet. One change that I am doing is shopping at Sams Club at the beginning of the month for items that we will use throughout the month. I will also be doing weekly trips just to get fresh produce, etc. Another change that will be changing is my diet. I am going to be trying to follow the IC diet as much as I can to see if after a month I notice any reduction in my symptoms.
