As I sat there waiting for you
i thought of why i loved you.
i started the list with that smile you give
it warms my heart and makes me grin.
i continued my list with your gentle kiss.
you looked into my eyes as if to say 'it's okay'
im trusting you will be patient and careful with me
because i am fragile you see
i am a peice of work only to be a work of art
that demands to be treated with fairness and love
i will give you my best as if best was enough
and i will work my hardest to keep it up.

sometimes i get off track, thats why my list will never be finished
i try to believe that someday i'll be normal
but with you im never normal, im me. its exactly who i want to be.
and so i commend you for doing nothing
just being you and treating me like the princess that my father calls me too.
