Jules was Drew's friend from boarding school who arrived in town on a stolen motorbike and attempted to crack onto both Belle and Leah. He was caught throwing the license plates to the bike into the Diner skip by Belle and when Drew confronted him, he admitted the truth and then guilt tripped Drew into keeping quiet.
