Judicial enquiry in Uttarakhand disaster

News X: As the dust settles on the rescue efforts what's becoming increasingly clear is that a little more accountability and pro activeness .could have saved a lot of of lives. It's also clear that specific alerts were ignored and the pilgrims were allowed to risk their lives in the extreme weather raising the question why shouldn't a judicial inquiry be held into the matter.
