High Court judge Justice Frank Seepersad knocks Tuesdays Practice Direction issued by Chief Justice Ivor Archie which put a pause on all trials as one done without consultation. He declared his first matter urgent and the virtual hearing continued with him signaling his intention to do the same for all June matters in his docket.
