Judge Blocks ICE From Deporting NYC Delivery Man

A New York City man who recently ended up with a deportation order after making a food delivery to a military base has been granted an emergency stay by a federal judge. According to Newser, the stay gives Pablo Villavicencio relief from being returned to Ecuador until July 20, though he'll remain in ICE custody. Villavicencio, a father of two who's married to an American citizen, has a green card application pending.
