Description

(Dedication to Rumi, Wordsworth, and Soyinka)

I blow about like a wind.

Everyone gives me a wink.

Whilst I register their moves,

Recipe for what I think.

The SUN: my partner in trade.

The dust, witness of the craze.

Rumi roamed the Arab sand,

Why not I; the blackman’s land?

Use right, use well; your vigour.

Let knowledge drain your fervour.

Let the SUN savour your sweat,

Give to few reasons to vex!

I hop about like a bee.

Wonders in the world I see.

Seeing with my thinking eyes,

Thoughts; buzzing like billion flies.

Book is drunk under the roof.

The SUN’s canopy its proofs.

Why sit in comforts of walls?

Please prove books by juggling jaws!

New nectar abound in life.

Weigh them all in measured strife.

Taste and test those wisdom true.

ASK AND ANSWER: THINK AND DO!
