Joyce Zhong - Gone

I see you walking down the hall.
I stare at you, trying not to fall.
You're laughing with your friends.
I want to have the time you spend.
Run your fingers through your hair.
I've been trying so hard not to care.
You know me, you know I exist.
But only on the classroom list.
We don't have a single class together.
I'm surrounded by gloomy weather.
Maybe one day, when you finally notice me.
I'll be gone, finally free.
Maybe then, you'll regret not talking to me.
And I'll be with somebody else,
That makes me happy.
