Together for a lifetime
You may think it hard to bear,
But let me put it into rhyme
Our true love took us there.
And oh, the hours of sunshine
We reaped the harvest fare.
The Master gave us everything
Happiness beyond compare.

We danced in stormy weather
'Romeo and Juliet'
We loved our darling children
Here we are ~ with no regret.
Soon will come the summertime
With roses everywhere.
And now let's put it into rhyme
Love is sweet in Angleterre.
