things will never be the same
something i wished for never came
i messed things up and threw away
something that doesnt come everyday
a thing called love and friendship
take up your cup and take a sip
of a beautiful love i refused
leaving yuo hurt and confused
im sorry i hurt you
im sorry i couldnt choose
something i already had
such things do make me mad
knowing i was not in the right
now i wont give up without a fight
maybe as time goes by
we could give it another try
taking things more with care
there’s more now we can share
so why not start again
a new friendship around the bend? ?
