Journalists in Chennai protest

Unidentified persons on Thursday hurled crude bombs at the office of a popular Tamil television channel in Chennai, police said.

The incident occurred at a time when the news channel Puthiya Thalamaurai was under attack by a right-wing fringe outfit, Hindu Munnani, for recording a controversial current affairs programme.
