Let me remain active, as I grow old.
There are many interesting things to do,
Salvaging the body and enlightening the mind,
And many activities not be new.

There is a healing process in being active,
Memories of youth, a glamorous hold.
Why not I, as well as other seniors,
Remain active, growing old?
