Red gold walls of a soul castle
Sense of time haunted by wishes
Ghosts of stars like blue poets
Words with acrylic souls
She is the Louvre in the dark
Ships in sinking watercolors
Her dress of magic black
Hear the shadows undress
Treacherous silk wharfs
She speaks of caves with red eyes

Set the table with crystal indigo
Have you been in arms of marigolds?
Foghorns along the quay of dreams
I believe in the mystic connection
Chills of warm antiquity
Seagulls from the other side
Trees of heaven in the parables
Waking in tides of violet cross over
Watch closely as the soul leaves
When the clock stops truth begins

The lighthouse has a devil
Don't stay there at night
My friends are being watched
Being sifted like wheat
The witches candle goes out
Tunnels up and down
Your hand is cold
You use to hunt so well
Now you're hunted
All the sleek excuses gone

Never to pray again
