jools England - Losing control

I lost myself
on my escape from you
I've become somebody else
it shows in all that i do

I never thought i'd lose control
of the person i am
or the feelings i have
but it's happening again

It just seems that
I didn't learn from my mistakes
A simple bluff or teasing
is all that it takes

For me to lose it
and blow my top
I just started
and don't want to stop

I wish i could control my anger
just hold it somewhat longer
But the more i try
the more it's getting stronger
