Existence.
The ‘I’ is who I am,
But flesh is all you see.
Does my name define me?
Or my cells, can they confine me?
Can these thoughts, these dreams, this rhyming
Be taken by demise, by death?

Death is no demising, take
This verve, this vim, this striving, none will
Pass away, lay dying,
Or by words or fame refining
Ever cage just who I am.
Flesh is all you see, for sure, but
More Exists.
