In a place called Rochelle Palace
Overlooking placid seas
I found her just a-waiting
Waiting there for me.

Her hair was blowing pretty
Eyes that sparkled clean
Tears blew off her cheeks
They fell for sleeping dreams.

Silently she called to me
An moaning, awesome noise
Like the feeling of depression
For a cherished, aged joy.

Like a gift or newfound hobby
That had its moment in your hand
'Till time, the fateful merchant
Has everything turned to sand

So that only a a memory can conjure
A flicker of feeling alright
When nothing else can cheer me
On these long and lonely nights

As I sit and sadly ponder
In my castle by the sea
Of a pleasant face in my memory's face
And a Lady's Love I found

And though I lose her often
She still comes back to me
When I'm sitting here so lonely
In my castle by the sea.
