Whatever the sin

Holding it in
can only cause pain.
Reliving our sins
there's nothing to gain.

If you're holding it in
you're not letting go.
Cleansing begins
when you empty your soul.

You must give in
to the feelings you feel.
So you can begin
to live life with zeal

For it's only in the act
of letting go of the bad

feelings of happy not sad.
