JoJo Bean - (Dodgy Dave Tale) Fluff
2 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
For Dodgy Dave to add to his stats
If you call him by his name
He may not respond, so let me explain
You see many years ago
David worked the graveyard shift you know
It was his job to set and operate 3 machines
He hadn't been there long and this sets the scene
One of the men working there
gave him his new name to declare
He called him 'Fluff' not because of his mane
When asked why, he couldn't explain
(so Fluff it became)
So through the plant his new name went on
Even when his paycheck was drawn
F. Harris his wage slip was marked
and now this tale takes on a new spark
It was late for David to return home from work
The wife was worried, maybe a little irked
So she called up and asked for David there
They didn't know who David was...It left her scared
So she asked to talk to the brother-in-law
He left her with a mind picture to draw
Everything was OK, he's just working overtime
That didn't seem like such a big crime
David came home and explained about Fluff
And after the story...that wasn't enough
If she ever had to call work again
She had to ask for Fluff....because that was his name
