Johnson under fire over comments on Scotland

The pressure is on Boris Johnson and his Tory cabinet on two related political fronts. The first is the glaring absence of a trade deal with the European Union, with just a few days left to reach an agreement. And second is the anger of Scottish Nationalists over Johnson's claim that devolution had been a disaster for Scotland.
