When I let go and
slip away into the
inky darkness,
Shed no tears for me
that would not be
shed me living.
Do not weep for a friend
that was not close.
Don't play me up as
a hero or a love
when I was not.
Let me drift away
in all truth and honesty,
For only God
can judge my soul.
