John Watt - Contagious
2 Views • Nov 08, 2014
Description
All smiles and cherubic faces.
And then it starts,
A word here and a comment there,
Of the days activities they spill their hearts.
And although the conversation is busy and loud,
You cannot help but be proud.
Suddenly the youngest struck by some word or phrase,
And his giggles begin.
Then the middle one begins to chuckle,
And try as she might to hold back,
The oldest with laughter begins to buckle.
I have a smile in my heart as I try to hold back,
I see the smile in your eyes as you are about to crack,
All of a sudden Mom and Dad have caught this contagious laughing.
And courtesy of the little one,
We still don't know why,
All our laughter is so hard tears roll down our eyes.
