i stumble onto that part
of myself that eventually opens
up to the rest of existence

so long it has laid dormant

through you i discover that
life is a jigsaw puzzle
and that that every culture
is actually a part of myself
buried deep in myself
waiting to be examined, savoured

thanks for coming into my life
it has taken me so long to find
that final piece to make the jigsaw whole

the beauty of how every culture
actually helps each other grow
each wave that culminates in
a glorious crescendo over my psyche
