Look out your window at the sky at night
Little star shine o so bright
Look to the north when the time is right
A shooting star with tail so bright

Three men following from afar
Never knowing where they are
There in a barn mother father and child
Three wise men stop for a while

An ass a cow and donkey baying at the night
Little child surrounded by a ring of light
Three wise men could be right
A king is born on this night

Bring your gifts lay them down
Won’t be long till he is crowned
King of mankind or so they say
Others see him in a different way

What a price he will pay
When the people don’t want this king to stay
Nail him down with thorns for a crown
He tried his best so who let him down

Wonder what the three wise men thought
God or king never forgot
Even today they speak his name
Forgive them father they are not to blame
