U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the mall attack in Kenya that killed dozens reflects the serious challenge the world faces against terrorists.
Kerry made the remarks during a bilateral meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy, at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
"It represents the seriousness of the breadth of the challenge we face with ruthless and completely reckless terrorists we're going to pursue," said Kerry.
