John Hegley - Classic

In the radio interview
the former Classics student
asked me about the similarity between
my writings and those of Aristotle.
I said I didn't know there was such a similarity.
When she asked how useful my Sociology degree had
been,
I answered that it had taught me how to felt tip
my idea of a potato on to a sheet of transparent plastic,
then compare it with the real world
by placing it over an existing potato,
and she said, 'that's Plato'.
