if the sun came up
and it was blue
how would our days change
would we watch sunsets

would sunrise be lost
the magic lost
the beams that should warm us
will cool us

we will feel blue
all day
cold
all day

blue is beautiful
blue is deep
but only as an emotion
not as the way we end and start our day

begin our day with light
with warm beams of light
the dark leaves us
we can see all

I love blue
blue ocean
blue sky
blue mountains

but the sun
not the sun...
