Daddy, daddy, why fly so much
Do you want to be a bird?
People cannot fly daddy
At least, that's what I've heard;

It costs a lot of pennies
So stay here on the ground;
Then all the little pennies
Will soon become a pound;

And you can buy me presents
And sweets and such-like things...
But if you must, dear daddy
Please buy yourself some wings.
