Sneaking 'round a summer dream
I dont know now just what it means
but i know that i want it to

Show me life and show me why
there is a glimmer in her eye
and nothing seems to break through
to get to what's inside

All through my soul and being
it appears they are just what they seem
I dont know now just what they mean
all i know is that i want them to

Blowing through and lying down
in the air an on the ground
they shine so bright an trickle down
to help truth across the Earth

Everything has an end
I dont know why
I dont know when
but it can't change for you my sin
and i dont think ive thought this through

Its all into an endless sky
as we grow old and slowly die
I dont think but i know why
we all exist in space an time

Achievements an failures seldom seen
have floated through my summer's dream
I dont know now just what they mean
all i know is that i want them to
