'Nobody seems to look up much these days.
They don't breathe their breaths, dont smell the smells,
dont feel the air, dont hear the sounds,
tuned out of the here and now.
Dont they realize its a present?
Dont swat at the bees, or don a coat to block the breeze,
listen to the hidden language within the trees,
its not a rustle, its a symphony!
Taste what you eat, hear what is heard,
tune your soul into lifes frequency!
Its always on and commercial free.
Envy the elderly for they have fulfilled lifes potential,
learn from children and their unhindered nature.
Really see whats around you, not whats just in front or behind.
you cannot measure the present, only live it.
If it was your last day on earth how would you live it? last hour? last minute?
this is your first and last chance at the here and now, dont foolishly spend it.'
