Hating yourself,
each compliment lifting you,
each critic consumes you.
while people that love you,
try to heal you,
hating them for it,
a much needed check point,
a much needed green light,
staring at the clock,
waiting for change,
relying on hatred,
with stains of the past,
a soul that knows,
only hatred.
