Joe Corbett - Maiden Voyage

In my imagination
the thing I saw was cursed
It slid across a giant plane
the journey was it`s first

on the way It all cut short
the sound of screaching metal
the wounds were cut long and deep
the cold had left things brittle

all was calm the band played on
but hell was soon for some
to a dark and black infinity
deep below the foam

some lived to tell the sordid tale
changed by the haunting thoughts
of those they loved and left behind
on her cursed maiden voyage.
