When US army plane crashes in the Arctic, several nuclear missiles get scattered all over the place. Most of the nuclear missiles have been recovered except for one which had gone through the ice and drifted into the Eastern Sector. It is up to Joe 90 with the knowledge of the area to recover the missing nuclear missile before it triggers World War 3.
