Little kitty, little kitty
Do you think I love you so?
You're such a brat at times,
The biggest pain I know

I know you're the one
That chews my phone cord
I know you ate the meat
Before I had it thawed.

I've listened to my mugs
Go smashing to the floor
while you race around the house
As if you're running from the law.

I've watched my lounge chairs
Getting shredded over time
and I know to wait each day
for a new kitty cat crime.

I've stepped in wet hairballs
Much to my dismay
And cat pee on my mats
Is definitely not ok!

You watch with greedy eyes
As I sit down to lunch
I know if I turn my back
It'll be gone with a crunch

Cats need more room
Much more than was said
It's silly to expect to have
any space on my bed

I've come to accept
That cat hair will lie
On every surface of my house
Probably until I die.

Little Kitty, little Kitty
I hope you love me so
As you're always in my heart,
Wherever I may go
