Robust machine frame is constructed of rugged steel, machined after welding for rigidity. All welds are stress relieved prior to machining. Precision bearings and large shaft diameters minimize deflection for precise bending. JMT offers 3-roll, 4-roll hydraulic or mechanical machines capable of forming a variety of profiles including square or rectangular solids, I-section, T-section and C-section bars, as well as, square, rectangular and round tubing.
