JIU JITSU BRESILIEN TECHNIQUES DE BASE

Le jiu-jitsu brésilien, est un art martial brésilien, une forme de ju-jitsu pratiquée au Brésil, importé par Mitsuyo Maéda (1879-1941) et développé par la famille Gracie. C'est un art martial jeune et en permanente évolution. Issu du ju-jitsu japonais, le jiu-jitsu brésilien est une lutte au sol se pratiquant avec ou sans kimono. Chaque technique de finalisation se termine soit par un étranglement soit par une luxation (nuque, épaule, coude, poignet, hanche, genou, cheville) et sans torsion articulaire.
