Le Castella the very popular brand of jiggly cake originated right here in this stall which is in Shilin night market.

Besides the usual flavors of original, cheese and chocolate they have 2 flavours, Coffee Walnut and Salt Butter Hawaii Beans (macadamia nuts), which are available only in this stall.
